Program Options

We offer flexible tiers so you can choose the level of support that fits best.
  • Monthly Support. A trainer visit once a month, plus daily app workouts and caregiver guidance.
  • Biweekly Support. Two trainer visits per month with more hands-on progressions, caregiver coaching, and app support.
  • Weekly Support. Weekly trainer visits for the most personalized, consistent coaching, with ongoing caregiver training and app guidance.
All options include individualized body, balance, and brain workouts, app access, and caregiver support.
